I highly recommend this motel! It was freshly renovated, clean both in the room and grounds, the staff were courteous and helpful. They have a good kitchen set up with a normal size fridge, stove, microwave and dishes. Pool was clean, a back deck to relax on and not far from town.

Stopped overnight on a road trip. Room 6, first floor, clean, smelled good, real coffee cups, actual water pressure in the shower. Basics done right. Out back there's a little courtyard with picnic tables and an RV park next door where people actually cook out and talk to you. The toilet water is blue, which is its own thing. Owner was around all evening, made rounds, offered us extra space. Quiet considering the road. Coming back.

Place is so dirty and never gets clean, the water is always dirty and multiple reports made to health and safety board wanted the contact to the owners raj and tippy but instead of giving the info she will cover her butt and evict ppl with no reasoning!!! Place is an utter disgrace to be charging 800+for rent def measure your options before taking this as your final stay

While this is an older motel, it is kept in good condition and clean. There is everything one would need for a long term stay - Room 8, upstairs, had a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove. The owner was very gracious when it appeared that I had made a mistake negotiating the website while making a reservation. Being at the south end of town, we got a quick start in the morning heading south. p.s. the walls were a little thin when the guy got noisy early in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maple Leaf. The rooms were dated, but clean. The location is beautiful and serene, and we would absolutely stay here again if we were passing through town.

We went back for our 2nd year in a row with our small trailer at the beginning of September when kids are back in school. such a relaxing place to be with such beautiful scenery. Owner is always so helpful and very nice, Washroom are very clean and the pool was wonderful. I would certainly recommend going here as we are already planning to go back next year in 2026. Pets are certainly welcome here which is a bonus. All I can say is I love this place

The room was small and cramped. Out dated and in very bad shape. Have never had such a bad. We asked for a room that was accessible for a disabled person, the owner said just that morning he found it that the shower was not working . Shame on Expedia for booking us there!

I stayed here for work and loved it. Surrounded by orchards and an amazing mountain view from my hotel room. The room was better than your typical hotel. Full kitchen with dishes, utensils, full size fridge with stove/oven microwave, coffee pot. Has a living room with couch, coffee table, TV and a dining table/chairs. Beside the living room Is a bedroom with the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. The hotel also had the perfect parking spot for my oversized truck. If you're going to Oliver bc, I highly recommend Maple Leaf Hotel & RV Resort. Carol, the wonderful hostess, takes good care of her guests and maintains a fantastic hotel. I can't wait to go back.

The stay was okay, but there were a few letdowns. The beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest properly. For the price, the rooms felt overpriced considering the location and the limited amenities.

The staff could have been more welcoming—friendliness goes a long way in making guests feel at home. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I expected a bit more for what I pai

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived on e-bikes and the hosts very kindly storefront our bikes safely for us. There was a fantastic pool with shower and change rooms. The queen suite was very nice, clean and awesome air conditioning! They have a beautiful cherry tree on the grounds that we were able to pick cherries from. Great hosts we would definitely stay again.

Just what I needed! The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe the entire time. There was a full kitchen with all the cookware and utensils I needed to cook if I wanted to. Loved the black-out curtains and the comfortable bed and pillows. It was also quiet, especially at night when the traffic died down. Pool was sparkling clean and the entire grounds well-maintained with lots of pretty flowers blooming.

NOT a big paved parking lot. Orchard setting with park-like feeling lots of trees and space between slots. Super neet and tidy with clean showers and bathrooms. Beautiful patio with pool. Boutique not mega resort.

My room was very clean with modern furniture. Compact but no wasted space, which was all that I needed. Excellent value. Why pay more for space you don't need. I recommend it. I will stay there again.

What a lovely little motel! Nice renovated rooms, my room was small in size, but lovely nonetheless. The room was clean and comfortable . The bed itself was on par with many more expensive chain hotels I’ve stayed with. Thank you Maple Leaf.

Carol is exceedingly kind and accommodating. It was our first time in Oliver, British Columbia with my wife and a couple of family friends. I searched for a place to stay online while in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and found Maple Leaf Motel & RV Resort room with twin bed that can accommodate four people which was perfect for us and fully furnished kitchen amenities where my wife can cook. We stayed for 4 days and nights. I highly recommend this place perfectly. My wife and I would like to express our gratitude to Carol for letting our stay memorable and for her pleasing welcoming personality.

If you're looking for a clean room at an affordable price to sleep for the night I highly recommend Maple Leaf Motel & RV Resort. Carol was a pleasure to deal with, check in was painless and for the price this place is great value. This is an older facility but it's very well maintained. The sheets are clean, the bed is comfy, the toilet, tub and sink are spotless and you can tell the owners / management take pride in maintaining the facilities. I picked this place over the Coast Hotel for its value and I'm very happy with my decision. Motels can be a big hit or miss. This place is a hit!
